By accessing or using the website bakingblissbyswati.com, enrolling in any course, or placing an order for a custom cake, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

• Enrollment: A seat is confirmed only after full payment of the course fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Fees: All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fees cover training, materials, and certification as specified in the course description.
• Batch Changes: Batch rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the batch start date.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods communicated at the time of enrollment.
• Pricing: Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of enrollment will apply.

• Students are expected to attend all sessions on time. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled.
• Recording, photographing, or sharing course content (recipes, techniques, methods) on social media or elsewhere is strictly prohibited without written permission.
• Any disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour towards the instructor or fellow students may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
• Students are responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the studio premises during their session.

• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course requirements, including attendance and participation.
• The Government-Certified Vocational Diploma is applicable only to Diploma programs. Masterclass participants receive a separate Certificate of Completion.
• Certificates are non-transferable and can be reissued only upon request with a nominal administrative fee.

• Order Placement: Custom cake orders must be placed within the recommended timelines (3 days for basic cakes, 10–15 days for complex/themed cakes, 15–20 days for wedding cakes).
• Consultation Fee: A consultation fee applies for design discussions. This fee is adjusted against the final cake price upon order confirmation and is non-refundable if the order is not placed.
• Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work.
• Delivery: Delivery is available at an additional charge. We handle every cake with utmost care; however, we are not responsible for damage occurring after handover.
• Design Variations: While we strive to match the design reference, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our cakes.
• Allergens: Our studio handles nuts, dairy, gluten. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• All content on this website — including text, images, logos, recipes, course materials, and designs — is the property of Baking Bliss by Swati and is protected by copyright law.
• Course recipes and techniques are shared for personal and professional use only. Commercial reproduction, resale, or teaching of our exact recipes and methods is strictly prohibited.
• Photos and videos captured during sessions may be used by us for promotional purposes unless the student requests otherwise in writing.

Baking Bliss by Swati, its instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for:

• Any injury, illness, or allergy caused during or after participation in our courses.
• Loss or damage of personal belongings on the studio premises.
• Any business loss or damages arising from the use of techniques or recipes taught in our courses.
• Delays or issues caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (name, phone number, email, address) is used solely for communication, order processing, and course administration. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
